Questions

Pricing questions, answered

What counts as a prompt?

A prompt is one buyer question we run against every AI engine on your plan, on your refresh schedule — think “best running shoes for marathon training”. Core tracks 100 prompts and Premium tracks 300. On the agency plans, prompts are pooled across all your clients: 300 on Agency, 1,000 on Agency Premium.

What’s a workspace?

A workspace is one brand’s complete tracking setup: its prompts, its competitors, its dashboard and its reports. If you’re a brand, you need exactly one. Agencies get one per client — 3 on Agency, 10 on Agency Premium — and extra workspaces on Agency are $99/mo each.

What’s the difference between weekly and daily refresh?

Refresh is how often every prompt re-runs against every engine on your plan. Weekly, on Core and Agency, is plenty for steady tracking. Daily, on the Premium plans, catches moves as they happen — an answer changes or a competitor overtakes your share of voice, and you know that day instead of next week.

What’s in the white-label reports?

On the agency plans, reports go out under your brand, not ours. You get PDF reports with your agency’s logo and colors, live report links you can share with clients, and scheduled sends so they arrive on time every month. Your client never sees Apex.

Can I switch plans or cancel?

Yes. Monthly plans run month-to-month — switch up or down whenever you like, and the change is prorated. Annual plans run their full 12 months; that commitment is what the discount buys.

Why is Claude only on Premium plans?

Claude tracking runs on the official API, and that costs real money every time a prompt runs — so the premium tiers carry it. It’s also a genuine edge: most AI visibility tools don’t track Claude at all, so Premium customers see a slice of the AI landscape their competitors are blind to.

How does annual billing work?

You pay 10 months’ price up front and get 12 months — two months free. The cards show the per-month equivalent: Core, for example, is $124/mo billed annually, which comes to $1,490 for the year.

Do you offer a free trial?

The free AI visibility check is our try-before-you-buy: it shows you how the AI engines talk about your brand right now, free, no card needed. If you want to see the full product running on your own brand, book a demo and we’ll walk you through it live. Curious what a check like that involves?
