What the audit checks
Three checks, one score
Buyers now ask AI assistants who to buy from — and the answer names two or three businesses, not ten links. This GEO audit tests whether you're one of them, and whether your website gives AI a reason to pick you.
AI visibility
We write the questions your buyers actually ask, put them to AI assistants live, and read every answer — were you named, how were you described, and who got recommended instead.
GEO readiness
Can AI systems read and trust your site? We check schema markup, FAQ structure, whether your robots.txt blocks AI crawlers, and how fresh your content looks.
SEO basics
The fundamentals still count — title tag, meta description and headings. Weak basics drag down both classic search and AI answers, so we score them too.
FAQ
Free GEO audit, answered
What is a GEO audit?
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is SEO for AI answers. A GEO audit checks whether AI assistants mention your business when buyers ask for recommendations, and whether your website is structured so AI systems can read, trust and cite it — schema markup, FAQ content, AI-crawler access and content freshness.
How is GEO different from SEO?
SEO gets you ranked in a list of links. GEO gets you named inside the answer itself. AI assistants don't show ten blue links — they recommend two or three businesses directly. You can rank well in classic search and still be invisible in AI answers, which is exactly what this audit tests.
How do I check if AI recommends my business?
Enter your brand, website and what you sell. We generate the questions your buyers actually ask, put them to AI assistants live, and read the answers — were you named, how were you described, and who was recommended instead. You see the score straight away, free.
Is the GEO audit really free?
Yes. The score, the verdict and the competitor comparison are free with no signup. Sign in or leave your email to unlock the full question-by-question breakdown and your fix list. You can run up to 3 audits per day.
What does the audit check?
Three things. AI visibility: whether AI assistants name your brand when answering real buyer questions in your category. GEO readiness: schema markup, FAQ structure, AI-crawler access in robots.txt, and content freshness. SEO basics: title tag, meta description and H1. They combine into one score out of 100.
Why doesn't my business show up in AI answers?
Usually a mix of three gaps: AI crawlers can't read your site properly, your pages lack the structure AI systems lift answers from (schema, FAQs, clear headings), or you're missing from the third-party sources AI trusts — review sites, directories and roundup articles. The audit shows which gaps apply to you.
How accurate is the score?
The AI answers in your audit are generated live when you run it — not pulled from a cached index. AI responses naturally vary a little between runs, so treat the score as a reliable snapshot of how visible you are today, not a decimal-point measurement. Repeat checks within a week return the same result.
How do I improve my AI visibility?
Start with your fix list from the audit: unblock AI crawlers, add schema markup and FAQ content, keep pages fresh. Then work on presence — AI assistants recommend businesses they see praised on trusted third-party sites, so reviews, directories and industry roundups matter as much as your own website.
